- Bottlenecks
- An
inflexible labour market
- Men
and women do not work together as colleagues, with the same education, and in the
same workplaces: for example, 85 % of educators are women, but 94 % of people working
in the trades are men
- Unequal
pay: Women earn on average 13-17 % less than men
- Women
work primarily in the public sector (more than 600,000 women), while men work in
the private sector (more than 900,000 men)
- Each
gender's experience is not fully utilised in resolving work tasks
